Protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of personal information is fundamental and embodied in the values of Duet Consulting Pty Ltd.
The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 took effect on 21st December 2001 and places minimum standards on private sector organisations for the way they collect, disclose and store personal information about individuals.
Duet Consulting is committed to safeguarding the privacy of your personal information. In order to provide strategic people services we may need to collect personal information such as name, address, individual profile data relating to behavioural drives, career details and information from third parties in the form of employment references.
We typically collect most personal information directly from you during the course of you completing an individual profile or at scheduled profile feedback session with you. We tell you the purposes for which we intend to use the personal information and when working with profile data we do not disclose the information unless it has been verified as accurate by you. We specifically request verbal permission for profile data to be shared within your organisation.
When engaged by a third party to complete an individual profile on a prospective job candidate, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the candidate is informed that the profile data collected is on behalf of a third party (Recruitment Agency) and that the data collected will be one data source in the overall recruitment process.
You may request, in writing to the Privacy Officer, Duet Consulting Pty Ltd, PO Box 2049 Mt Waverley 3149 Victoria to access information we have collected directly about you and to make changes to any information which is incorrect.
Should Duet Consulting update their privacy policy we will update this site.
