We are licensed by Management Growth Systems (MGS) to use their unique and reliable Profiling system. To date, Duet Consulting has Profiled approximately 3,000 people. A key to our success with MGS’s tools is the individual feedback process we have designed to respect each individual’s dignity and confidentiality, and ensure their “buy-in”.

In addition to structured interviewing and other techniques, we use the MGS Profiling System to ensure candidates are selected on the basis of "best fit" for the business now and into the future. We work with our clients to provide on-the-ground recruitment support through all stages of the recruitment and selection cycle.
