Duet Consulting was appointed to provide this growing company with Strategic Human Resources services. Whilst they have a partial operational HR platform in place, they recognised the need to accelerate strategic HR work such as:

• Staff retention strategies
• Recruitment / selection guidance
• Mediation / conflict resolution
• Executive coaching and leadership development
• Cultural change processes
• Assisted managers regarding the sudden loss of two senior executives.

Outcomes have included:

• Repositioning and retaining all remaining key executives;
• Attracting  several industry leaders from opposition firms;
• Reworking of the strategic plan to double revenue targets within 3 years;
• Underpinning the strategic plan with sound HRM and performance management practices;
• Devolving HR responsibilities to line management, averting the unnecessary expense of an
  operational HR Manager at this stage.
