Duet Consulting has been engaged by successive CEO’s of this company on a range of assignments over 10 years, both before and after their employment of a HR Manager.

Assignments and outcomes have included:

• Designing and implementing a strategy to close an interstate plant and successfully retain
  and relocate key staff to Victoria
• Strategic planning and alignment facilitation of senior and middle management teams
• Offsite workshops in which the Leadership group “reinvented” the company’s future
  approach to global challenges and changing markets
• Several assignments in China and Hong Kong involving staff assessment, trouble-shooting
  and executive support
• Teambuilding workshops and focus groups at all levels
• Executive coaching of senior managers
• Specific human resources projects such as succession and talent management, change
  management, recruitment support, and strategic HR advice in collaboration with the
  “Operational” HR Manager
• Use of the Individual Profiling tool across all levels and generations of staff to assist with
  recruitment and selection, role clarity, organisation design, retention of key people, and
  selection and integration of key Regional managers across Asia.
