High Performance Team Building

 

Duet Consulting was engaged by a General Manager to resolve a number of performance issues within his team. He was requesting support and advice regarding changes he could put in place to optimise his team and enable the growth and performance needed to underpin the firm’s strategic plans.

The work involved:

• Planning and teambuilding workshops
• Individual Profiling & the identification of hidden talents, stresses, development & support
  needs
• Executive coaching with the Manager
• Restructuring

The outcomes included:

• The General Manager’s reconnection with and support by the Managing Director
• Integration of our work with that of the HR Manager
• Re-evaluation & repositioning of, as well as development programs for, the Manager’s team
• Improved harmony within and performance from the team
