Duet Consulting was initially commissioned by the CEO to undertake a review of the organisation’s Human Resources practices and recommend an approach that would underpin and integrate HR activities to support a leading-edge cultural change and high performance strategy into the future. The ensuing report recommended a number of key strategies such as elevation of HR to Executive level; a greater cultural and Organisational Development emphasis; a change of HR structure across the organisation; devolution of HR operational activities to line management; and an overall realignment of HR operational programs.
Duet Consulting has since been involved in:

• Executive coaching
• Change management advice and facilitation.
The outcomes over two years have included:
• Executive restructure, refocus and rejuvenation
• Constructively challenged some major “sacred cows” blocking the Board’s strategic intent
• Creation of a “People & Culture” function into which Duet Consulting recruited an
outstanding corporate identity
• Enabled retention of all key executives despite uncompetitive remuneration.
