Duet Consulting has been appointed to provide this growing company with Strategic Human Resources services. Whilst they have a partial operational HR platform in place, they recognised the need to accelerate strategic HR work such as:
- oganisational design / role clarity (including use of data from our licensed Individual and Job Profiling tools);
- talent / succession management;
- staff retention strategies;
- recruitment / selection guidance;
- mediation / conflict resolution;
- executive coaching, mentoring and leadership development;
- cultural change processes.
Outcomes have included:
- repositioned and retained all remaining key executives;
- attraction of several industry leaders from opposition firms;
- reworking of the strategic plan to more than double revenue targets within 3 years;
- underpinned the strategic plan with sound HRM and performance management practices;
- devolved HR responsibilities to line management, averting the unnecessary expense of an operational HR Manager at this stage.
